  • We love Power Vinyasa Yoga practiced in a therapeutically warmed infrared heated (85-90) studio to prevent injury, increase muscle flexibility, detox and cleanse. Our classes are designed to nurture the beginner or challenge the most demanding of yoga aficionados.

Mace flow

The Macebell is a unique fitness tool which has gained popularity in recent years. It has origins as a training tool for warriors going into battle. Macebells have an uneven weight distribution with most of the weight being in the head of the mace. The weight displacement activates the vital yet often overlooked stabilizer muscles surrounding our joints. This makes the macebell one of the most efficacious tools for building balance, coordination, and core and shoulder strength & stability. Moreover, the offset weight of the macebell makes for extremely dynamic movements patterns with an ability to produce torque, which ultimately leads to ferocious rotational power. For many athletes, rotational power is the key to success in their sport. It is a phenomenal tool in improving overall cardiovascular hearth, shoulder stabilization, and grip strength.

Our classes also utilize several bodyweight and functional movement patterns which strengthen and solidify your core and extremities. You will receive a total body workout while connecting breath to movement. This Hybrid fitness class is structured with mindful movement while blending in a splash of yoga as you cool-down. It is rooted in mobility and functional fitness principles. You might experience exercises that incorporate kettlebells, the steel mace or just your body weight. Gentle FLow

Our Gentle Flow Yoga is practiced in a therapeutically warmed infrared heated studio to prevent injury, increase muscle flexibility, detox and cleanse. Gentle Flow is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation.
